THE CAFECITO ROADMAP

1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of The Cafecito Roadmap (the “Product”), a digital course created by Alejandro Alpago and sold by The Energy Collective Company (“we,” “us,” “our”). By purchasing the Product, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t complete your purchase.
2. The Product
The Cafecito Roadmap is a digital, self-paced course that includes a step-by-step guide, the exact prompts used to build the Cafecito brand, direct links to third-party AI tools, a DESIGN.md file, bonus reference materials, and access to a community forum. The Product is delivered digitally — there is no physical shipment.
3. License & Permitted Use
When you purchase the Product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use it for your own personal or business branding projects.
You may not:
Share, resell, sublicense, or distribute the Product or any part of it to anyone who has not purchased it themselves.
Post, upload, or republish the Product’s content (guide, prompts, DESIGN.md, bonus materials) on any other website, course platform, or file-sharing service.
Use the Product to create a competing course or product that resells the same materials.
Violating this section may result in loss of access, without a refund.
4. Payment
The Product is sold for a one-time payment of $47 USD, processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
5. Refunds
Because the Product is a digital good delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at alessandro@whitestairs.studio within 7 days of purchase.
6. No Guarantee of Results
The Product is educational and informational. It teaches a process — it does not guarantee that you will successfully build a brand, launch a website, or achieve any specific business or financial outcome. Any results mentioned on our site or in testimonials are individual experiences and are not typical. Your results depend on your own effort, market, and circumstances.
7. Third-Party AI Tools
The Product references and links to third-party tools, including OpenAI/ChatGPT, Claude, Lovable, Paper.design, and Quiver AI. We are not affiliated with, and do not receive compensation from, these companies unless stated otherwise. Your use of any third-party tool is governed by that tool’s own terms, pricing, and privacy policy — you are responsible for your own accounts and any fees. We are not responsible for changes those tools make to their products.
8. Community Forum
If the Product includes access to a community forum, you agree to participate respectfully. We may remove content or revoke access, without refund, for harassment, spam, sharing the Product’s content, or other abusive behavior.
9. Intellectual Property
All content in the Product — including the guide, prompts, DESIGN.md, images, and bonus materials — is owned by The Energy Collective Company and protected by copyright. Purchasing the Product does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights to you, only the license described in Section 3.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Product is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Product will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase or use of the Product will not exceed the amount you paid for the Product ($47 USD).
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply to purchases made after the update is posted. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
